I’m 18 and ever since I was 12 I have been with this amazing mixed girl. I myself is a girl. We met after a championship basketball game in 7th grade, she had hurt her ankle and I sent her a message on Facebook asking if she was okay. We made each other laugh so we exchanged numbers at this time she wasn’t attracted to me or girls. After a few months I came out to her and she agreed on the same feelings. I respected her a lot and still do so it took me 7 months to earn an I love you. Which was worth it, our first kiss was at a high school game we both went and watched separately. After a while my guardians and her mom found out and we would get our phones taken, but we would always find a way to talk. We have done this since we were 12 and we are ready to tell our families that enough is enough from holding us back. This girl is my world she made me realize who I am. She’s always been there for me no matter what. She’s my best friend and my future wife.
