I will start briefly with my General history, my background if you like family etc.

Was born in a tiny village called Paul, my middle name is also called Paul, it seems all such a long time ago now, the year 1959, and the month July, some people cant remember their birth due to a third world disaster , where documents get destroyed without reason.
My family is very distant to me as we were all brought up into foster care, my dad sexually assaulted my sister Sharon, I was only 11 years old when my sister came up to me and said David I want to tell you something can we speak somewhere quiet, away from the rest of the family.

Sharon starting to cry a little, as I look at her a tear fell from one corner of her eye, do you want a tissue, I said to her, she took one, wipe her little eye.
“ David , Dad as been touching me, its ok let me stop you I said, and will get someone to ring a social worker.

It was many years on, I came out of foster care in 1975, Wallingford in oxford was where I was living, now I came back to Cornwall. Social worker ask me if I would like to return a some point to Penzance where my biological Mother lived, now married with a second man. Saltash I was put in a care home, there was other boys like me who was ready to go back into the community with their family , friends or a life where the services would secure them a job, and later a property to rent, and learn about, how to budget.

I finally met someone in 1978, we got married in 1979, the marriage lasted 21yrs, was a good marriage, until she started to see someone, because back in 1979 September.

I was involved in a serious accident, a car versus a bicycle thats me.

My injurys were bad a fractured skull, broken bones and blood clot forming on the inside of my brain.

The car pulled out from a t-juntion I was thrown some distant and unconsious state. Air ambulance lifted me to West Cornwall Hospital.

When in the Accident and emergency department, the doctor told me I maybe bleeding in the brain, we in need to watch you throu the night, its best to take you down to MRI , to see whats happening.

Virgenia, I want you to get a little idea of my early days, will come back to telling you more about Saltash, when I left, my foster parents in Wallingford, where I left School in 1976 and found work as a Butcher, the name of the Care House in Saltash was called Duncan House.

I join a youth club down by the waterside, right by Tamar River, to one side you have The Ferry that takes people from Fowey to Plymouth.

Returning now to my accident where I was taken to the West Cornwall Hospital, local to me in Penzance.

The next 3 days after 15th September 1979, things turn for the worst, my bradicardia became slow and rapid. The doctor told me I needed a urgent scan on my brain, we need to rush you by air ambulance to Dereford in Plymouth.

I can remember them saying when I got to Plymouth, my clot on my brain had grown to the size of a apple.

Emediately urgently wanted me to have brain surgery to remove the right side bleed on the brain.

It took just over Seven Hours in surgery to take the clot away.
After being in Hospital a long while now its around 7 days after the operation and they decide to wake me from a induce coma. It had to be done very slowly, not causing any oxygen starvation to the
Feeling weak but releaved my life was in the hands of such dadicated professionals, doctors, nurses etc.
Left hospital with rehab learning things again as my intelligents was a little slow, so I needed to re-learn my mind to gather information of words and number again.

I was being look after by my ex wife, after falling to sleep one night in 1982, I began to shake meaning I was having some sort of seizure. brain.
Taken to the hospital and put on tablets, I now take meds for life. Its a lot better now things in my life. I get full rate of benefits and get help someone driving me to the shops.
