I’m having a suicide thought

I’ve been dealing with depression and having a suicide thought, but somehow, I want to know how my future is so I need to stay strong.

I know that if I don’t share this, my anxiety will get worse and worse. Sometimes I ask myself ” Are you happy with this life?” “Is everything OKAY?” “Why am I feeling lonely even though I’m not alone?” I tried everything but it doesn’t work… searching for cure, counsellors, telling friends, burn candle, taking bath… but the best way is to write it down.

I feel better now, since I shared this instead of keeping the thoughts inside me. It’s really hard. No matter how hard it is you have to stay strong, you’re not the only one that dealing with this shit. Don’t keep it all to yourself share it with us…
