It’s ok if you aren’t feeling good.

It’s ok if you aren’t feeling good. It’s ok to be sad sometimes. It’s ok to not hangout with people. It’s ok to give yourself some space.

Sometimes, you do need a break from life and everything which is going on. Take time to understand what is actually happening, where are the things going wrong and why are you feeling this way.

Self introspection is a very powerful tool. You need to focus on yourself and realise that sometimes some things are not meant to be the way you want. There’ll be times when you’ll feel depress and alone.

You need to experience that too in order to know yourself fully. You have to understand that life doesn’t means happiness always, you have to deal with hundreds of emotions everyday. Appreciate what you’ve got, embrace that. Because in a blink of an eye, everything will be gone and what will be left will be the memories you made. insta-
