I’m always stuttering and being awkward on talking with new people

Since the beginning, I really have a problem of dealing with people since I have this social phobia and I can’t really can talk to people, I’m always stuttering and being awkward on talking with new people and coping with them.

I can’t even know how to keep, even if I friends I always they only stay with me because they pity me or what, and I can’t trust them. It’s always frustrating me and I keep hurting myself for it. I’m so very lonely and sad and I don’t know because my depression is keep coming back.

  1. Try to find the things that are keeping you back. Overcome your fears and try to better yourself. Avoid sad music. It is proven that sad music only makes your depression worse. Try to do something new. Play a instrument, play a sport (helps by Social activities) and try to go around people that push you to do better and people and not people who drag you down. Try to these things above^ and if you masturbate frequently plz consider nofap. I hope you’ll be okay m8, you’ll be in my prears??
